Philip Heier is the baby boy of Rosmarie. A Seattle native, Philip enjoys planning events and parties. He hosts an annual SuperBowl and Academy Awards Client Appreciation Party as part of his real estate career with Windermere Real Estate/Capitol Hill, Inc. He is an avid collector of Hollywood props and costumes from television and movies. You may have seen his eccentric habit in a recent “In Touch” magazine article on his purchase of a 16 foot statue of Mariah Carey’s legs.

Philip enjoys to combine the parties with great causes (basically putting the “fun” into “fundraising”). His siamese cousin, the diminutive Felice Navidad of the Burien Navidads, makes an occasional appearance at festivities.
